How to Join
Acadiana Medical Federal Credit Union membership is a great way to obtain many low-cost financial services. Establishing AMFCU membership means you will be opening a Savings Account (Regular Share Account) with a minimum deposit of $15 to open a regular share account. Once the account has been opened, you can apply to use any of the Credit Union’s financial services. To apply for a loan or a VISA card, you must be employed for a period of 90 days.
There are three (3) ways to open your account through AMFCU:
- Stop by the Credit Union and fill out the Membership Application.
- Print a PDF of the Membership Application from the Forms page. Complete and mail in the form (with your opening deposit, a copy of your Driver’s License with correct address, and a copy of your employee ID to get your account started. Your application information will be verified.
Once your application and deposit have been received, your application will be processed and your account will be activated.
